Dr. Randal Pinkett is a serial entrepreneur who started his first company while an undergraduate at the University of Rutgers. He is now Chairman and CEO of BCT Partners a company he also founded. Randal was named the winner of NBC's hit reality television show, "The Apprentice", with Donald Trump. In this TEDxJamaica talk he describes the necessity of an entrepreneurial approach, in all endeavours, in order to successfully compete in a global economy characterised by fundamental changes in technology that have altered, and will continue to alter, the rules of the game.
